Our favorite part of the Follow Focus workshop is we have different instructors with different perspectives come to the studio to share their insights with you. 

We always have 3-4 strong, incredible, talented, and community based instructors (99% of the time female) at each workshop. 

Instructors are announced on social media leading up to each event. 

Comfortable shoes (now might not be the time to break any new boots in). If you don't wear boots (that's okay) you can wear any NONSTICK shoes - vans, toms, dance shoes, anything but sneakers usually works.

You can also bring a water bottle/drinks and snacks for yourself or to share if you'd like one.

Four hours of dancing will go by in a blink of an eye, but snacks and drinks help. We also have water bottles on sale at the studio and are located right next to a Circle K. 

The schedule for day of is 10-2pm, and will include 3-4 instructors each covering one topic or class. Outside of those time frames no official schedule comes out. We usually have 45-55 minute classes with dance and water breaks between new instructors.
